4. Event & Booking Terms
- All private chef bookings require a deposit to secure your date.
- Final guest count and menu selections are due 7 days before the event.
- Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of the event.
- Chef Briscoe reserves the right to adapt the menu based on ingredient availability.
5. User Conduct
By using our platform, you agree not to misuse or abuse our content, communication channels, AI systems, or customer service platforms. We reserve the right to restrict service at our discretion.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration within this jurisdiction.
