Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Briscoe’s Kitchen & Spice. Our mission is to deliver flavor and quality with elegance—right to your door. This combined Shipping, Returns, and Subscription Policy outlines everything you need to know.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM EST are processed the next business day.
  • During promotions or holidays, please allow 4–5 business days.

2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery

We use real-time shipping rates via Shippo and primarily ship through:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Delivery windows (based on carrier selection):

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Priority: 2–3 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days

3. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you'll receive SMS and email updates with a live Shippo-powered tracking link. For questions, email [email protected].

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Contact us within 10 days of the last tracking update.
  • Include your name, order number, and photos (if applicable).
  • We are not responsible for items marked delivered by carriers but will do our best to help.

5. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for unopened products in original, sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Return must be approved via email before shipping.
  • We do not accept returns for opened items, spices, perishables, or final sale items.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. Funds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. We do not refund shipping costs.

7. Subscription Policy

All subscriptions (e.g., monthly spice kits) are non-refundable once processed. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

You will receive reminder emails 3 days prior to renewal. Manage subscriptions via your customer portal or email us at [email protected].

8. Digital Products

All digital goods (downloads, gift cards, PDFs) are final sale and non-refundable. Access is delivered instantly and cannot be revoked once issued.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 3 days with your order number and photo evidence.
