We only accept returns for unopened products in original, sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. Funds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. We do not refund shipping costs.
All subscriptions (e.g., monthly spice kits) are non-refundable once processed. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

All digital goods (downloads, gift cards, PDFs) are final sale and non-refundable. Access is delivered instantly and cannot be revoked once issued.
